the subscription list collects exactly one thing: your email address. it exists to send you metawoo's low-volume, human-curated dispatches, and for nothing else.
- consent is the basis. you opt in twice — once at the form, once from the confirmation mail. no address gets mail without both.
- the list lives on our own hardware. it is stored in my office on a hard drive i can look at with my own eyeballs, off any internet-facing machine, reachable only over a private zero-trust link. the public web server never holds it.
- it is never sold or shared. no analytics, no enrichment, no third parties beyond the transactional mail provider that delivers the messages.
- leaving is one click. every mail carries an unsubscribe link that works immediately, no login, no questions.
- deletion on request. unsubscribing keeps a suppression record so we never mail you again by accident. if you want the address gone entirely, reply to any mail or write to hello@metawoo.com and it will be removed by hand.
